At Just Travel, we strive to deliver exceptional travel experiences through thoughtfully curated tours and travel services. We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Charges & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing bookings, cancellations, amendments, refunds, and related travel services offered by Just Travel.

By confirming a booking with Just Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.

1. Booking Confirmation & Initial Deposit

A non-refundable booking deposit of ₹25,000 per person is required to confirm any tour package.

  • Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit.
  • The booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including voluntary cancellations, visa refusals, or any other reason unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official Just Travel email address. The effective cancellation date will be the date on which the written request is received.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation Period Cancellation Charges
90 days or more before departure 25% of the total tour cost
60–89 days before departure 50% of the total tour cost (excluding the non-refundable ₹25,000 booking deposit)
45–59 days before departure 75% of the total tour cost (excluding the non-refundable ₹25,000 booking deposit)

Note: The above cancellation charges apply irrespective of the original booking date.

3. Visa & Immigration Policy

Visa approval is subject solely to the decision of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Just Travel does not guarantee visa approval.

  • Once a visa has been approved, the booking becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • If a visa is issued close to the scheduled departure date, the traveler may be accommodated on the next available departure, subject to availability. No refund shall be provided in such cases.
  • If some members of a family or group obtain visa approval while others do not, travelers with approved visas are expected to continue with the tour. Choosing not to travel despite having an approved visa shall not entitle the traveler to any refund.
  • In the event of a visa refusal, the non-refundable booking deposit of ₹25,000 per person will be retained. Any remaining eligible amount will be refunded after deducting applicable charges, including visa fees and any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.

4. Changes or Cancellation by Just Travel

Just Travel reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government regulations or travel advisories
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Airline schedule changes or cancellations

  • Operational, logistical, or safety considerations

Where reasonably possible, customers will be offered one of the following options:

  • Transfer to an alternate departure date.
  • Continue the trip independently, subject to availability and payment of any additional costs.

If neither option is acceptable, Just Travel will process any eligible refund after deducting non-refundable costs already incurred. Eligible refunds will be processed within 120 working days.

Just Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, damages, or expenses arising from such modifications or cancellations.

5. Airlines, Hotels & Third-Party Service Providers

  • Availability of travel services.
